Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Items must be clean, free of stains, pet hair, odors, or any signs of use.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
- You may be required to provide clear photos of the damage or incorrect item before a return or replacement is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used wallpaper (Wallpaper that has been cut, applied, or installed is not eligible for return).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Sale items, clearance items, promotional bundles, and gift cards (all sales are final).
- Items that have been damaged, stained, exposed to smoke, or have pet hair/odors.
Opened but unused wallpaper is eligible for return as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved and received, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they have shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
Return Inspection & Approval
- All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
- If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet eligibility requirements, it will not be refunded or returned to the customer.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
Lost or Missing Return Packages
- Customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping their returns.
- We do not provide refunds for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or undelivered due to customer error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
No Refunds for Improper Installation or User Damage
- We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect wallpaper installation or misuse of the product.
- Returns due to improper application, user error, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@buyaedonis.com.
