Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • During peak seasons, processing may take 3-5 business days.
  • Orders placed before 11 AM PST may be eligible for next-day or one-day shipping.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Carriers

  • Wallpaper Orders: Shipped via FedEx Expedited from our manufacturing facility in Latvia (estimated 3-5 business days).
  • All Other Products: Shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL from various U.S. locations.

Shipping Rates & Options

  • Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Wallpaper Orders: Expedited shipping (3-5 business days) is included at no additional cost.
  • Other Products: Expedited is not available.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Wallpaper Orders: 3-5 business days via FedEx Expedited.
  • Standard Shipping (Other Products): 8-11 business days..
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • In-stock items in an order will be shipped first.
  • Pre-order items will ship separately as soon as they become available.
  • Customers will receive email updates with estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information, which will be sent via email once the order ships.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, & Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

  • If a package is not received within 24 hours of the carrier’s confirmed delivery, customers may request an investigation.
  • Once a package has been marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but is not received, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date.
  • A police report may be required before a replacement or refund is considered.

Damaged Shipments

  • If a package arrives damaged, clear photos of the damage (both product and packaging) must be provided.
  • Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for replacement.

Returned Packages & Incorrect Addresses

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
  • If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, labor strikes, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Refunds on Shipping Fees

  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an item is returned or an order is canceled after shipping.

Force Majeure Clause

  • We are not liable for shipping delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, or government regulations.
